A blend of traditional cider apples, dessert apples and Bramleys gives it a balance of ripe apple sweetness, crisp acidity and gentle tannin. Fruity and refreshing, with enough structure to remind you that you're drinking cider, not apple juice.
Made from apples grown in our own orchards and pressed, fermented and bottled here on the farm.
