Our Traditional Devon Cider is a medium dry sparkling cider with the soft, mellow character for which Devon is famous.
Made from a blend of traditional cider apples grown in our own orchards, it balances natural sweetness with the rich bittersweet tannins that give real cider its depth and character.
Full flavoured and refreshing, it pours clear for most of the year, although a slight natural haze may be present in early-season bottles.
At Solland Farm, on the northern edge of Dartmoor, we grow traditional cider varieties including Ellis Bitter, Dabinette and Michelin alongside Bramley apples from our own orchards.
We make our cider the traditional way. No concentrate. No flavourings. No shortcuts.
